Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the regional lead for content production, ensuring projects meet ICP’s production standards and client satisfaction.
  • •Manage and grow the Mexico PM team in person (minimum two office days per week), including recruitment, capacity planning, and personal development.
  • •Personally produce and deliver priority client projects, stepping in to plan, produce, and troubleshoot live work as needed.
  • •Lead client strategy support, manage relationships as a trusted partner and escalation point, and represent the Content Studio in pitches and client meetings.
  • •Oversee delivery excellence and financial management for projects, including onboarding new accounts, planning and resource allocation, and supporting profitability and rate-card negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in creative production or project management, ideally including prior Production Director–level leadership.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead project management teams while personally and directly executing global creative production campaigns.
  • •Proven track record of delivering hands-on as a leader (not just overseeing), including managing complex, multi-market production programmes to a high standard.
  • •Strong English written and spoken communication for daily collaboration with global stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
  • •Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City and able to work from the office at least two days per week.
