Manage clinic scheduling templates, clinician rosters, and appointment availability to ensure accurate provider schedules and timely publishing. You’ll implement approved template and schedule changes with high accuracy and compliance, coordinate with physicians and operational stakeholders to improve resource utilization, and monitor scheduling performance and service levels. The role also requires professional communication and a focus on patient experience, confidentiality, and applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
