Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and optimize clinic scheduling templates, provider rosters, and appointment availability to support patient access and operational efficiency.
  • •Ensure provider schedules are accurately configured, finalized, and published within agreed timelines.
  • •Implement approved template builds and schedule changes with high accuracy and compliance.
  • •Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to maximize resource utilization and service delivery.
  • •Ensure compliance with organizational policies, patient confidentiality, and applicable regulatory/accreditation standards, and monitor scheduling performance for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a healthcare setting providing appointment scheduling, or equivalent experience in a relevant industry.
  • •3 years of experience as a Contact Center Agent.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and hospital operations.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong oral and written communication in both languages.
  • •Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
