Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationally lead the execution of small to medium scale transformation/real estate programmes and support large-scale programme delivery outcomes.
  • •Establish and embed programme governance and control frameworks to ensure compliance and delivery rigour.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement through a stakeholder management plan, including clear communication and creation of professional status reports and presentations.
  • •Support financial oversight through processes to manage, maintain, and monitor programme financial aspects.
  • •Lead identification of programme risks and ensure appropriate safeguards, including health and safety considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate in a fast-paced programme environment with strong attention to detail, leadership qualities, and organisational capability.
  • •Proven programme management experience delivering benefits and outcomes for clients/employers.
  • •Strong knowledge of programme management frameworks (e.g., MSP, PMI) and disciplined governance practices.
  • •Construction programme/project delivery experience, including procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •Knowledge of project controls and methods for schedule, cost control, and risk/opportunity management; understanding of health & safety requirements (e.g., CDM and Building Safety Act).
