Job Summary

Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for MENAT GeoZones by leading the 3-year planning cycle, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI definition. Analyze performance to drive profitability, cash flow, and corrective action plans, and serve as a strategic finance advisor to leadership. Lead multi-year projects, improve EBITDA in underperforming units, oversee governance (audits, month-end closing, reporting), and act as the finance focal point for ADNOC Drilling, managing billing and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the financial planning cycle, including the 3-year plan, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI definition.
•Analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive profitability and cash flow with corrective action plans.
•Act as a strategic finance advisor to leadership and guide projects, initiatives, and business decision-making.
•Lead and implement long-term (1–2 year) projects with measurable operational and financial impact, including EBITDA recovery for underperforming units.
•Serve as finance focal point for ADNOC Drilling, strengthen cash flow and collections, and oversee financial governance (audits, month-end closing, forecasts, reporting, executive presentations).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent) from an accredited university or college.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A operations (financial planning and analysis).

•Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience managing C-level internal/external customers.
