Job Summary

Build the security automation fabric that helps security teams scale with continuous compliance and zero audit surprises. Design control implementations, engineer real-time security telemetry and custom assurance automation, and create an agentic risk engine to validate risk posture. Architect universal identity provisioning and access workflows (including secret discovery, deprovisioning, and permissions visibility) and partner across Security, GRC, Finance, Engineering, and Product to deliver scalable, self-healing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate security control frameworks into layered control implementations with self-healing behavior to prevent compliance drift.
•Engineer centralized security telemetry that captures control evidence and health continuously as real-time data streams.
•Build custom assurance logic that functions as continuous audit automation and extends validation into proprietary apps and workflows.
•Architect universal identity and access automation, including provisioning connectors, customer-approved access workflows, and deprovisioning.
•Develop automation for secret discovery and inventory, eliminate ghost accounts, and partner with GRC and security teams on compliance workflows across audit frameworks.

Key Requirements
