Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full engineering delivery lifecycle for assigned product(s), including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • •Partner with the Product Owner as co-equal leaders and co-lead product roadmap planning, providing feasibility, effort estimation, and trade-off input.
  • •Support sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives; ensure on-time, in-scope production-grade delivery and maintain delivery forecasts with proactive risk escalation.
  • •Own observability, cost-aware design, and FinOps for the product; track and report key delivery metrics such as deployment frequency and change failure rate.
  • •Lead cross-functional engineering team composition and day-to-day leadership, including onboarding, mentoring, and technical governance/TA reviews to maintain design quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Any graduate or post-graduate (full time).
  • •Minimum 12+ years of relevant software/data/AI engineering experience.
  • •3+ years leading cross-functional teams in engineering delivery.
  • •Proven delivery track record shipping production-grade products on time and at quality.
  • •Experience with agile delivery, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures.
