Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through assigned portfolio, pre-set appointments, outside calling, Centers of Influence, and a disciplined sales process.
  • •Execute a new customer follow-up program and source referrals from customers, bank colleagues, and partners.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and minimum 2 years of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales with emphasis on investment or lending and sales experience.
  • •FINRA licensure: must have 3 of the 5 licenses in active status (Series 6 or 7; Series 63 or 66; State Life and Health Insurance License; SIE). Acquire remaining required licenses within 120 days of hire if needed.
  • •Ability to drive sales and manage a book of business.
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
  • •Knowledge of deposit products and comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.
