Manager, Propulsion (Test)

Lead propulsion test development and execution for the X-BAT fighter-class propulsion system, overseeing test infrastructure, engine testing, instrumentation, and data analysis from development through flight readiness. Manage a team of propulsion test engineers and technicians, coordinate test schedules and facilities, ensure alignment with vehicle milestones and program priorities, and drive root-cause investigations and rapid troubleshooting to mature hardware in demanding test environments.
