Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze user needs and prepare test scenarios and test cases using Agile methodology.
  • •Create and maintain test artifacts for release testing, including test cases, test data, and execution results.
  • •Execute release testing activities (SIT, regression, and E2E) and validate against acceptance criteria.
  • •Support test leads by meeting timelines and schedules; update and execute test cases and test data as requirements change.
  • •Identify, log, track, and help close defects; coordinate with BA/Dev teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years of QA experience with PBM/pharmacy claims domain knowledge.
  • •Experience writing SQL queries for data validation.
  • •Ability to design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
  • •Hands-on testing across the end-to-end pharmacy claims lifecycle (eligibility, pharmacy/provider validation, real-time POS adjudication, and pricing logic).
  • •Experience with web services/API testing using Postman or SoapUI and understanding of NCPDP standards (D.0; exposure to F6 preferred).
