•Develop deep knowledge of Broadcom die-to-die PHYs.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (analog, digital, physical composition, DFT) to define functional and characterization plans for PHY IPs.
•Develop characterization scripts and report generation automation.
•Execute characterization plans.
•Review and analyze characterization results with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,400 - 207,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) with 12+ years related experience, or a Master’s degree with 10+ years related experience.
•Programming experience in at least one of: Ruby, C, C++, Perl, or Python.
•Experience with Linux and Bash scripting.
•Familiarity with basic lab equipment (e.g., power supplies, oscilloscopes, cooling equipment).
•Familiarity with BIST test techniques and experience characterizing DDR interfaces; strong debugging skills.
