Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and continuously improve Business Continuity Management, including business impact analyses, continuity planning, testing, and governance.
  • •Maintain and enhance Crisis Management and Emergency Response frameworks through simulations, drills, and response coordination.
  • •Coordinate Global Incident Management activities, ensuring timely escalation, reporting, remediation, and lessons learned.
  • •Support protective security measures, including physical security, personnel safety, and risk assessments.
  • •Oversee Third-Party Risk Management and Outsourcing governance across the lifecycle, ensuring identification, assessment, classification, approval, documentation, monitoring, and review.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent command of Polish and English, written and spoken.
  • •University degree in Risk Management, Internal Control, Operations, Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, outsourcing governance, third-party risk management, security, or a related area.
  • •Strong understanding of operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, and workplace safety frameworks.
  • •Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, audit processes, and supervisory expectations, with strong stakeholder management and analytical/problem-solving skills.
