Job Summary

Own global product training and demo delivery for the law school portfolio, partnering with geo managers to ensure trainings stick. Build and run a scaled, tech-touch activation model for long-tail schools across geographies, maintaining the law school CRM and delivering portfolio-wide reporting on usage, activation, and account health. Lead onboarding for new school signings and partner with Legal Engineers and Law School Managers to turn feedback into product and program improvements.

•Own product training and demo delivery across the full law school portfolio, including onboarding sessions and workspace setup.
•Partner with geo managers and serve as the expert for demos and trainings to improve adoption.
•Build and run a scaled, tech-touch model for long tail schools, including playbooks, training materials, and activation milestones.
•Own portfolio-wide reporting on usage trends, activation status, and account health globally.
•Maintain the law school CRM and lead end-of-year recap cycles, aligning Y2 activation goals with each geo manager.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in high-growth SaaS, legal tech, or professional services.
•Operator mindset: you build systems, write playbooks, and work to metrics.
•Strong trainer and presenter able to run sessions with law professors and deliver high-quality demos.
•Experience building scaled or tech-touch CS programs for large, distributed account portfolios.
•Comfort explaining legal AI tools to a sophisticated legal audience (JD not required).
