Working Student - Human Resources (m/w/d)

Support the HR Business Partnering team in day-to-day HR operations while shaping the employee experience end to end. Help manage processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract changes, transfers, offboarding, and references), maintain HR data and documents, and collaborate with HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Employee & Labor Relations. Contribute to HR projects and process improvements while working closely with employees and managers.
