Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and report to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director; interact with Owner/Client, consultants, design professionals and contractors
  • •Assist the Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating and administering the project through all phases of design and construction
  • •Ensure all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to address client needs
  • •Prepare documents for programming, design and construction and maintain information in project management software
  • •Coordinate meetings with the project team and communicate design standards to internal and external partners

Key Requirements

  • •College Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
  • •10-15 years of experience in Higher Education construction preferred
  • •Experience in Project Management on large-scale construction programs
  • •Experienced in Design/Architecture/Civil works
  • •Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
