Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on network operational support for rolling out new network infrastructure and managing existing network infrastructure at sites worldwide.
  • •Support customers experiencing network-related issues.
  • •Respond to and troubleshoot alerts and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • •Work with networking-focused software engineers to develop and maintain network automation and monitoring.
  • •Develop and maintain operational playbooks and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) or Juniper/Arista/Cisco certifications.
  • •Experience with programming languages such as Go or Python.
  • •Experience with Linux and basic shell scripting.
  • •Experience with Juniper hardware (MX, QFX, EX, SRX) and the Junos operating system.
  • •Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack) and network protocols (e.g., BGP/OSPF/VRRP/IS-IS).
