Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze experimental process flows to identify defect anomalies and quarantine out-of-control process tools.
  • •Yield improvement and quality control: collaborate to identify baseline yield improvement opportunities and excursion control actions.
  • •Design, set up, and analyze SWRs, identify key conversions for yield improvements, and produce periodic defect performance reports.
  • •Set up containment/qualification procedures, review defect trends, and characterize process responses to parameters to reduce scrap and excursions.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and cross-site teams to improve inline detection, manage RDA cycle time, document improvements, and maintain best-known methods.
