Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of transportation projects and project teams in the SW Mountain District (Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico) as an active member of the transportation team.
•Lead key projects as Project Manager, Sr Lead or other roles as appropriate and participate in contract negotiations.
•Oversee project management responsibilities including budget, risk management, and QA/QC to ensure high-quality deliverables such as PS&E documents and memos.
•Mentor staff to support their growth and professional development and develop client relationships for new business opportunities.
•Coordinate data collection, field surveys, GIS data, and regulatory compliance to support design and construction.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience in transportation engineering and civil design.
•Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
•Highly proficient with civil engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues.
•Highly proficient with transportation infrastructure design.
