Site Leader/ Operations Director - Peptide API

Lead and scale peptide API manufacturing operations from early development through commercial readiness. Own production workflows for peptide synthesis, including SPPS, purification, and lyophilization, while driving facility readiness via IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation. Provide hands-on troubleshooting across synthesis and downstream processing, implement cGMP-compliant quality systems, and prepare for regulatory inspections. Build and develop a growing manufacturing team and partner cross-functionally to optimize scalability, yield, and reliability.
