Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively resolve production blockers such as cost/lead-time discrepancies, freight inquiries, and label generation issues.
  • •Manage end-to-end resolution of job cancellation requests and missing inspection documents.
  • •Maintain awareness of communication queues to prioritize tasks effectively and prevent production stalls.
  • •Facilitate recovery of troubled orders and execute pull-in requests to meet month-end and quarter-end goals.
  • •Collaborate with internal Operations and Quality CoE teams, build partner relationships with transparent updates, and escalate complex risks to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • •Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and meet schedule commitments for an identified customer group.
