Deliver heavy equipment safely and on time from the Newark, OH rental facility, using real-time fleet information to manage work orders and delivery details. Operate your vehicle in compliance with state and federal transportation laws, maneuver trucks and trailers for loading/unloading, and handle required paperwork like invoices and bills of lading. Perform routine truck service checks, support yard coordination, and help keep deliveries efficient and safe.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate a vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and on schedule while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
•Assist with loading/unloading using specialized equipment as needed, and return equipment to designated areas.
•Maintain delivery paperwork (invoices, bills of lading) and perform routine vehicle service checks, reporting maintenance issues to the Shipping Supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Hold a commercial driver’s license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight.

•Be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff.
