Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, analyze, and model operational and organizational data to quantify business performance and evaluate potential operational changes.
  • •Analyze complex data to recommend solutions to new problems and develop strategies, including assessing market/operations impact.
  • •Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling, and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate high-volume data.
  • •Support and improve existing models while partnering with vertical and product teams to deliver new analytics solutions.
  • •Occasionally lead small project teams and provide informal guidance to junior staff; explain complex risk-related information.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,300 - 158,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent); Master’s/Ph.D. preferred.
  • •3+ years using data manipulation and AI/ML methodologies, ideally with credit data for insurance or financial services.
  • •Strong expertise in R, Python, and/or SQL (or equivalent analytics tools).
  • •Experience manipulating and merging large datasets in distributed computing environments.
  • •Strong ML fundamentals, including hypothesis testing, sample design, model development and validation; solid programming with ML/data packages and/or Scala.
