Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver reusable tools, templates, and automation for Enterprise Architecture activities.
  • •Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to translate needs into scalable, repeatable enablement solutions.
  • •Establish and maintain standards for architecture artifacts and information architecture.
  • •Develop and maintain internal repositories, dashboards, and collaboration platforms, organizing Teams/SharePoint knowledge spaces.
  • •Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, improve knowledge discovery and reuse, and optimize EA processes to reduce manual effort.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (graduating seniors / 2nd year master’s highly desirable).
  • •Currently enrolled or recently graduated (start date within 6 months of graduation) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program.
  • •Preferred background in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with relevant coursework/projects in systems thinking, process optimization, or data analysis.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and interest in AI, automation, systems design, or workflow optimization.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving skills and clear written/verbal communication with structured, detail-oriented work style.
