Job Summary

Support the Night Shift Production Team by running Dry Offset Printing machines at optimal speeds to maximize MEEF/EFF and minimize scrap while producing quality parts. Maintain a safe, clean work environment, perform setups and color/plate/size changes, and handle minor maintenance and adjustments. Coordinate with shift leadership to complete daily tasks, meet quality print standards (QC), and follow GMP/HACCP practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify and maintain a safe and clean work environment/cell.
•Ensure maximum output of printing machines through MEEF and EFF and produce quality parts.
•Assist PMOTs with printer issues and perform operator duties when needed.
•Administer setups, color changes, plate changes, and size changes; perform roller/C.A.P. and other assigned duties.
•Perform minor maintenance repairs, make Q.C print standards, and follow GMP and HACCP practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 33 hourly

Key Requirements

•Three to five years of previous Print Machine Technician experience.
•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

•English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred; must be able to communicate effectively with customers or employees.
