Job Function: Architecture & Urban Planning

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver enterprise software implementations as prime contractor or advisor, focusing on customer success and alignment with business strategy.
  • •Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, Fit‑Gap assessments, development, and testing to drive system implementations.
  • •Provide design reviews and implementation guidance, sharing best practices and ensuring high delivery quality of Salesforce solutions.
  • •Create planning artifacts (e.g., WBS) and manage project progress, coordinating with customers and partners.
  • •Collaborate with PMs, business architects, and technical architects to achieve team-driven outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years enterprise software implementation/consulting experience (CRM/ERP)
  • •5+ years as architect or app lead with leadership of ~5 project managers
  • •5+ years Web application development and data modeling
  • •Experience with waterfall and/or agile methodologies
  • •Ability to understand product specifications and Best Practice knowledge; English + Japanese proficiency
