Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform business analysis for workflow systems, including project initiatives, system enhancements, and integrated systems.
  • •Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with product owners and IT teams.
  • •Facilitate requirements workshops, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance business performance and customer outcomes.
  • •Create business and functional requirement artifacts and analyze business problems with recommendations for creative solutions.
  • •Provide production support for analysis and resolution of system defects reported by business partners, managing dependencies and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • •3+ years of progressive responsibility in business system analysis or relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of business analysis concepts such as business process modeling (BPM), context diagrams, and use cases.
  • •Knowledge of techniques for requirements elicitation, project scoping, requirements analysis, project planning, and related analysis activities.
  • •Preferred: Knowledge of the annuity or financial services industry.
