  • •Serve as clinical and operational leader for Occupational Health Services, providing guidance and supervision to occupational health staff.
  • •Implement and maintain occupational health programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring nursing practices align with standards and scope of practice.
  • •Supervise and evaluate nursing and support personnel; oversee training, hiring, and scheduling across shifts.
