Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the planning and operating cadence for the foundational-capability roadmap across surfaces, with clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth.
  • •Drive highest-priority foundational capability programs end to end—from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery on every surface.
  • •Shape the readiness bar for new products and features, including what enterprise surfaces must have before rollout and which in-flight features are missing controls.
  • •Partner across sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations; join customer security and compliance reviews and feed blockers back to product and engineering.
  • •Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs by coordinating with legal, compliance, and GTM to prioritize and map enterprise asks to roadmaps with dates.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of technical program management experience building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • •Ability to drive decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities and clearly explain what is and is not ready for enterprise customers.
  • •Experience driving adoption of horizontal/platform capabilities across product teams without a shared reporting line.
  • •Understanding of enterprise needs at scale in regulated industries, including security/compliance frameworks, identity and access, and data governance.
  • •Experience working with regulated customers on security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract redlines.
