Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver innovative cross-channel marketing campaigns in line with strategies to meet recruitment targets, including budgeting, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Student Recruitment, Admissions, Colleges, and External Relations to deliver a unified approach to recruitment targets.
  • •Conduct market analysis and provide insight and recommendations; monitor and evaluate performance against targets to inform campaign planning and innovation.
  • •Lead content strategy and storytelling across channels, adapting copy to different products and audiences and ensuring brand alignment.
  • •Develop and own CRM strategy for targeted communications; manage web content improvements and lead/oversee student content teams with line-management responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level (or equivalent) plus relevant practical experience, with significant experience in progressively demanding roles if no equivalent qualification is held.
  • •Substantial marketing experience in a large, complex organisation (desirable).
  • •Proven ability to devise and deliver multi-channel marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated copywriting for a breadth of audiences and ensuring accessibility.
  • •Experience leading cross-channel digital campaigns (websites, CRM, social media) and using CRM systems to develop strategies (Microsoft Dynamics CRM desirable).
