Lead health & benefits client engagements for large and middle-market accounts, growing revenue and market share in St. Louis or Kansas City. Manage ongoing US health and benefits client work, collaborate with HR, Finance and Total Rewards leaders, mentor staff, and drive local and regional initiatives while expanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage health solutions client engagements for large and middle-market accounts.
•Grow revenue and market share within the St. Louis or Kansas City market through individual sales and broader client relationships.
•Collaborate with market leadership to develop strategic vision and direction for regional initiatives and Norwalk market, and execute local, regional, and national programs.
•Mentor and coach direct reports and high-potential talent to strengthen the practice and build a robust talent pipeline.
•Coordinate with Health Solutions, Human Capital and Risk leaders to understand client challenges and craft potential solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 218,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Ten plus years Health and Benefits background.
•Six-plus years of consulting experience.
•Client-facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline.
•Complex project management experience.
