Key Responsibilities

•Support project onboarding activities, including EH touchpoints, readiness tasks, documentation, stakeholder communications, and follow-up.
•Assist with QA operations and compliance management across healthcare consulting engagements, including process administration, tracking, documentation, and completion of required steps.
•Support project health follow-up by monitoring indicators, documenting risks or concerns, coordinating next steps, and preparing materials for program leadership review.
•Maintain EH data sources, reporting tools, dashboards, and automation efforts to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
•Administer survey operations (NPS, PES/AIMES, Capability Reviews, and other feedback mechanisms) to ensure timely execution, data capture, and stakeholder follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 annually
