Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide business finance partnering and performance management insights to the CFO and senior stakeholders, including trends, risks/opportunities, and commercial outcomes.
  • •Embed a monthly performance management rhythm (packs, commentary, actions) across global stakeholders with focus on Asia growth priorities.
  • •Produce and maintain Alternatives-specific MI and governance, including KPI definitions, documentation, reconciliation, and a single version of truth.
  • •Track and report sales weighted pipeline, pipeline movements, conversion assumptions, and link to expected AUM/fee outcomes and fee/P&L impact.
  • •Support forecasting and planning analysis with scenario/sensitivity work and strengthen data quality, controls, and reporting automation/AI-enabled analytics where governed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in business finance, MI, analytics, FP&A or commercial finance within financial services (asset management/investments preferred).
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and discipline around controls, producing senior-ready outputs.
  • •Strong Excel skills and experience producing MI using BI/planning tools; experience with Tableau and/or Anaplan preferred.
  • •Track record working with multiple stakeholders across regions/time zones; clear, confident communication.
  • •Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent); CFA is an advantage.
