Job Summary

Provide Level 3 support for SAP Ariba Cloud integrations in a global AMS environment. You’ll support and monitor Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues, manage certificates and integration configurations, and help handle quarterly SAP Ariba cloud releases and upgrades. Own root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes while collaborating with SAP functional consultants and customer technical teams on transition and knowledge-transfer activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.

•Experience with SAP Ariba integrations and integration-related configuration.
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; English fluency required (German would be nice to have).
