Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate transportation of goods by arranging shipments, managing logistics providers, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • •Develop and maintain transportation documents and keep accurate records of import/export activities
  • •Review, audit, verify, and monitor logistics service provider invoices; reject invoices with missing records or incorrect charges and follow up to resolve disputes
  • •Obtain managers’ approvals on time and ensure logistics providers are continuously updated on invoice rejection and status
  • •Prepare cargo manifests and support logistics activities such as vessel berthing requests and outward clearance documentation

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline, or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 2 years of relevant experience
  • •0-3 years of relevant experience
  • •A logistics-related background is preferred
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • •Strong attention to detail, reliability, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication
