Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day planning, execution, monitoring, control, and job closure for commissioning projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and required quality standards are met.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert to standardize and optimize project execution methodology, including progress tracking, deficiency management, and reporting standards.
  • •Coordinate project meetings and formal communication plans with internal/external stakeholders, acting as primary point of contact throughout Eaton activities on site.
  • •Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty management, change order management, and risk mitigation; review and verify schedules, scope, and budgets for upcoming sites.
  • •Lead onboarding and continuous coaching/training for new and existing construction/project managers, and drive continuous improvement of the CM/PM onboarding program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 15+ years progressive construction management/site supervision/project coordination, including 7+ years leading electrical/industrial/general construction projects, or a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years relevant experience and 5+ years in a leadership/project management role.
  • •Understanding of construction and project management methodologies, with strong analytical, computer, and organizational skills.
  • •Ability to lead and manage upwards and downwards, influence without authority, and handle pressure effectively.
  • •Must be able to travel to project sites within the United States and be willing to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
  • •Must maintain a current, unrestricted driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record check; must also submit to periodic customer background and drug screenings.
