Drive OnePay credit program growth across an assigned Walmart territory by partnering with market and store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales. Own in-store execution of marketing, merchandising, and point-of-sale rollout, while coaching teams through field engagement and training. Use performance reporting to improve credit adoption, monitor competition, ensure compliance, manage travel/field marketing budgets, and support store openings or relocations.
