Job Summary

Own sales performance for LOUPE Southeast Asia and ASEAN Paper, driving revenue target achievement through customer relationship management, quoting, and pricing negotiations. Build and expand exhibitor and sponsorship pipelines, maintain weekly Salesforce updates, and coordinate with marketing, accounting, operations, and IT teams to support promotional materials, payment tracking, booth logistics, and complete visitor databases.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve and exceed revenue targets for LOUPE 2027 and ASEAN Paper in line with the sales plan.
•Develop and execute business strategies to drive booth and sponsorship sales, including non-sqm sponsorships.
•Maintain and expand customer relationships by handling inquiries, providing quotations, explaining exhibition offerings, and negotiating pricing.
•Update and maintain the Salesforce database weekly, including creating customer profiles and tracking sales pipeline and revenue reports.
•Coordinate with marketing, accounting, operations, and IT teams to support promotional materials, payment status updates, exhibitor booth layout information, and visitor database completeness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience with at least 4 years of proven sales/tele-sales experience.
•Confident, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
•Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
•Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
•Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written), with the ability to proofread sales materials; strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
