Key Responsibilities

  • •Address LGV alarms and faults and keep LGVs and end-of-line equipment running, including palletizers, pallet labelers, and injection molding machines.
  • •Prep and approve trailers for automatic loading, verifying trailer paperwork and data, and securing loads.
  • •Perform light general and preventative maintenance to ensure LGV operation.
  • •Assist with back-of-line changeovers and ensure product is not mixed and is properly labeled.
  • •Maintain cleanliness of units and work area and support data integrity of product inventory moved by the LGVs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and two (2) years’ experience with light preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, production equipment operation, and LGV or AGV operation.
  • •Basic math and computer skills.
  • •Good written and oral communication, organizational skills, and ability to think analytically.
  • •Good hand-eye coordination and ability to learn and follow established procedures.
  • •Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing production line environment, work in a team, and work required hours including overtime as needed.
