Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and calibrate mechanical and electronic equipment and instrumentation, including meters, gauges, proving equipment, tank gauging, and SCADA equipment.
  • •Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment such as valve actuators, switch gear and substation equipment, motor control centers, remote station controls, transmitters, controllers, safety devices, and automated fire control systems.
  • •Maintain required DOT records, area maintenance/repair records, and accurate CMV logs and documentation.
  • •Assist with training other technicians and support regional projects, including preoperational testing, startup, and commissioning.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, maintain lubrication schedules, and coordinate with vendors and inspectors as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 44 - 58 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma; technical school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • •Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and ladder diagrams, mechanical drawings, and aerial strip maps; maintain as-built drawings.
  • •Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of refined petroleum products pipeline systems and station/terminal equipment (experienced technicians).
  • •Knowledge of occupational hazards and required safety precautions, including DOT requirements related to calibration, maintenance records, and inspections/reports.
  • •Must be able to pass Operator Qualification (OQ) requirements and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
