Job Summary

Lead investigations of global trade regulatory violations (export controls and sanctions), draft disclosures for government agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and corrective actions. Report to the Director & Senior Counsel within RTX’s Legal, Contracts and Compliance org; drive continuous improvement of the Speak Up culture while maintaining integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct internal investigations of matters implicating export control and sanctions compliance concerns, including interviewing witnesses and gathering relevant documents
•Research the applicability of U.S. and foreign regulations concerning controlled military and dual-use items and determine whether a matter constitutes a violation
•Draft disclosures and reports for submission to U.S. and foreign government agencies and internal stakeholders
•Support Global Trade Investigations & Disclosures group initiatives and projects as needed
•Promote a Speak Up culture and act with integrity at all times

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,200 - 298,800 annually

•Juris Doctor degree with 10+ years of legal experience, including five years as a practicing attorney
•Good standing with a state bar association and in-house counsel registration
•U.S. citizenship is required to access certain systems and sites
