Supervisor Maintenance

Supervise and coordinate all plant maintenance activities, leading a team of maintenance technicians to keep equipment running and production downtime low. Partner with the Maintenance Manager on maintenance policies and procedures, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC issues. Ensure maintenance work follows SQF Quality Management policies and GMP practices while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
