Lead daily store operations as a key link between store management and sales associates in The North Face’s flagship Regent Street London location. Drive service and sales by supporting the management team, coaching associates to deliver excellent customer service, and maintaining retail standards aligned with visual merchandising guidelines. Help ensure operational policies are followed, monitor store KPIs, and step up as needed while developing your path toward store management.
