Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop scalable frontend and/or backend features for the Hub platform in a distributed, cloud-native environment.
  • •Translate product and design documents into clean, maintainable, well-tested production code independently.
  • •Drive end-to-end feature delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, observability, and monitoring.
  • •Write test automation, practice continuous integration/delivery, and conduct code reviews.
  • •Own release and on-call/engineering support responsibilities for an always-on 24/7 platform, providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer science/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5–7 years building large-scale, distributed web platforms and APIs as a full stack developer.
  • •Strong CS foundation in data structures, algorithms, OOP design, and system design.
  • •Hands-on backend experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and GraphQL; experience with Angular/React/Marko.
  • •Experience with automated unit/functional/integration testing, TDD/Agile, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
