Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate deal theses into integration goals, success criteria, and an operating model in partnership with Corporate Development.
  • •Build and maintain the integration playbook, including Day 1/Day 100 checklists, communications templates, and KPI frameworks.
  • •Serve as day-to-day integration lead for assigned deals, driving governance cadence and holding function DRIs accountable.
  • •Own Day 1 and Day 100 readiness and manage dependencies, risks, and escalation paths across teams.
  • •Track integration KPIs, tie progress to deal thesis/financial model, and support portfolio-level views and stakeholder updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years leading or supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional transformation programs.
  • •Own integration workstreams or full integrations with clear accountability from planning through post-close execution.
  • •Partner with Corporate Development from LOI through close.
  • •Strong program management discipline with structured planning, risk/dependency management, and concise status/risk communications.
