Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, using cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and supporting inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and using basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail experience with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
