Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and facilitate the annual strategic planning cycle and offsites with executive input and alignment.
  • •Consolidate departmental annual plans (objectives, KPIs, initiatives, manpower) and validate strategic fit.
  • •Own and update CXO and N-1 scorecards and ensure KPIs align with Group themes.
  • •Partner with Finance to integrate strategic assumptions into the budget and business plan, and prepare EXCOM/Board strategic business plan deck sections.
  • •Collaborate with the EPMO team to ensure strategic and transformation programs/projects are well structured, governed, and delivered, supported by change management and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Education Management, or a related field.
  • •Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • •8+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
  • •Experience developing strategy frameworks, business plans, and KPIs.
  • •Strong strategy execution with advanced analytical skills (KPIs, performance dashboards, market intelligence) and financial modelling/integrated planning knowledge.
