Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the Constructability Program and prepare the Constructability Execution Plan, aligned to ADNOC project requirements and execution strategy.
  • •Review FEED and detailed engineering deliverables to optimize ease of construction/installation, modularization/prefabrication, accessibility, and reduce rework while meeting ADNOC HSE requirements and standards.
  • •Coordinate with engineering disciplines and EPC contractor construction teams, run constructability workshops and design reviews, and incorporate lessons learned from previous ADNOC projects.
  • •Evaluate and approve construction methodologies, including heavy lifting plans, module installation strategies, and site logistics/sequencing, ensuring methods are safe, practical, and optimized.
  • •Provide site support during the construction phase via site visits, resolve field issues, capture lessons learned, and recommend continuous improvement actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in refinery projects.
  • •At least 5+ years in constructability or construction engineering roles.
  • •Strong experience in PMC roles on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects.
  • •Experience in EPC/EPCM project execution, including constructability knowledge and familiarity with ADNOC standards and specifications, plus international codes (API, ASME, ISO).
