Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior Sales leaders to translate business and GTM strategy into a clear people plan.
  • •Diagnose GTM org health and propose data-driven interventions, including AI, automation, and tooling impacts on how work gets done.
  • •Lead performance and growth cycles for client groups, including goal-setting, feedback, calibration, and rewards conversations.
  • •Coach Sales leaders and managers on performance management and succession pipelines, including for quota-carrying and revenue-critical roles.
  • •Co-own people-related GTM transformation, interpret and operationalize sales compensation plans, and ensure consistent, fair HR policy application across regions.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience as a Principal (Director) HR Business Partner (or similar) supporting senior leaders in a complex, large (1000+) matrixed environment.
  • •Operate at an equivalent level influencing SVP and C-suite stakeholders while navigating ambiguity with limited oversight.
  • •Strong grounding in core HR domains: org design, performance and talent management, employee relations, rewards, and change management.
  • •Proven experience supporting org design and change in knowledge-work environments, ideally GTM-heavy functions such as Sales or Marketing.
  • •Comfort working with sales compensation and quota-carrying populations, using people metrics and performance/pipeline data to diagnose issues and influence decisions.
