Identify and qualify electromechanical components for Arista products by partnering with design, supply chain, and new product introduction teams. Conduct component research and sourcing to meet performance, pricing, availability, and volume production needs, manage lifecycle risks, and administer ECO/MCO/PCN in Agile. Review datasheets for electrical/compatibility impacts and create Creo 3D CAD drawings with functional dimensions while ensuring compliance with regulations such as RoHS and REACH.

•Provide technical and sourcing support to design engineers, including component research with designers, manufacturers, and supply chain.
•Monitor component lifecycle issues and recommend substitutes for NPI and sustaining products.
•Administer ECO, MCO, and PCN in Agile and track progress from initiation to release.
•Evaluate component datasheets for impacts of voltage/timing, software differences, and manufacturing compatibility.
•Ensure components meet quality/reliability/assurance of supply requirements and address compliance needs (e.g., RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, EMI/EMC).

•Experience using ProEngineer (PTC Creo), plus familiarity with related Creo tools and simulations.
