Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Business Credit Office (BCO) tasks in line with OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Coordinate between stakeholders to complete credit monitoring and credit maintenance, including document review and submission, limit loading, and drawdown.
  • •Engage with customers when required and manage timely updates to bank systems and records (e.g., covenants).
  • •Support BCO Manager, Analyst, and Team Leads on end-to-end customer credit and capital management to ensure a seamless process for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Ensure consistent application of HSBC policies and adherence to regulatory, financial, and legal standards while managing regulatory and reputational risk within own responsibility.
