Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct ongoing physical security reviews and recommend changes.
  • •Support and coordinate security audits: identify gaps, document findings, recommend corrective actions, and track remediation closure.
  • •Coordinate with security contractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements and consistent policy application.
  • •Provide support for crisis management and emergency response program, including executive protection as assigned.
  • •Provide 24/7 on-call incident response/escalation, investigate workplace violence incidents, and liaise with local administration and law enforcement as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of corporate security experience.
  • •Degree in Security Management or Criminal Justice preferred.
  • •Strong leadership to manage emergency situations and crises calmly and professionally.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with management and business partners.
  • •Awareness of AI integration in physical security, including AI-enabled CCTV/video analytics and intelligent access control.
